Harris Regional Hospital and Swain Community Hospital celebrate new service award recipients, recognizing tenure and commitment of staff and providers

Harris Regional Hospital and Swain Community Hospital were proud to celebrate the dedication and commitment of their staff during a special luncheon held last week. The event honored employees who have reached significant milestones in their tenure with the hospitals.
Service awards are presented on a monthly or bi-monthly basis, recognizing employees in five-year increments for their continued contributions to patient care and hospital operations.
This month’s honorees included:
5 Years of Service:
Nichole Adames, Surgical Technologist
Lewis Nicholas, Paramedic
Abbie Wilkins, RN, Surgical Services
Candy Warren, CNA
Glenda Goodman, Telecommunications
10 Years of Service:
Christine Kunz, RN, Swain Community Hospital
20 Years of Service:
Judy Eich, RN, Swain Community Hospital
Vanessa Moore, Respiratory Therapist
Michele Robertson, RN, Clinical Education
30 Years of Service:
Malanie Cooper, Mammography Technologist
During the event, department leaders shared remarks highlighting the dedication and contributions of each honoree. Each recipient was then presented with a plaque in recognition of their service.

"Recognizing their commitment at each milestone is an honor, and we deeply appreciate their contributions to our hospitals."
