How to Use our Career Search and Apply

Option 1

To Search ALL available opportunities at Swain Community Hospital, Harris Regional Hospital, Swain Medical Group and Harris Medical Group

  1. Click the "Find My Opportunity" link (applicants)
  2. On the left side in the "Organizations" box click "See all organizations"
  3. When the popup window appears, select "DLP Partner MedWest, LLC"
  4. Click "Add" Button

All opportunities with Swain Community Hospital, Harris Regional Hospital, Swain Medical Group and Harris Medical Group will then be displayed

Option 2

  • Search by City (at the top)

Registering  as a New User

Follow these steps:

  1. Click the "Find My Opportunity" link (applicants)
  2. Click the "Sign In" (top right of page)
  3. Click "New User" button
  4. Accept the Privacy Agreement by clicking "I Agree"
  5. Create a unique User Name and write it down for your records

User Name Requirements 
The system will not allow you to create an account for a User Name that is already being used. We encourage you to pick a User Name that is easy for you to remember, but that will be different from the other users in our database. We suggest using your email address as your User Name. You are not allowed to use spaces within your User Name.

Create a Password and re-enter it in the Re-enter Password field

Password Requirements 
Password must be at least six (6) characters in length. Password must include a combination of letters (abc, ABC) and numbers (123). Our system is case sensitive.

  1. Type your current Email Address

Email Requirements 
You are only allowed one email address per account – if the system states there is already a user for that email address, please refer to the Forgot User Name or Password section of this guide.

  1. Click Register

Once you are signed in you may Leave Your Resume or Update Existing or Apply for a Job


Logging In

There are several different ways to log into your account in our employment site. 

Option 1: 

  1. Click the Sign In link located in the top right corner next to My Job Cart and you will be directed to our Privacy Agreement before reaching the Login Page.
  2. Enter your User Name and Password and you will be directed back to the Basic Job Search.

Option 2: 

  1. Click Apply located below a job listing and you will be directed to the Login Page.
  2. Enter your User Name and Password and you will be directed to the beginning of the application.

Option 3: 

  1. Click Apply Online located within a job description and you will be directed to the Login Page.
  2. Enter your User Name and Password and you will be directed to the beginning of the application.

Option 4: 

  1. Click My Jobpage located at the top of the page (2nd tab) will then be directed to the Login Page.
  2. Enter your User Name and Password and you will be directed to your general profile – this is not the online application for a job.
